The Gallery where we serve up another collection of great photos from across the years with a Spurs theme. This time its the FA Cup that comes into our viewfinder. As usual I've tried to find some that you may not have seen, or at least recently, so we do tend to look back rather than more recent pictures that have been scattered across social media and the internet. Starting with 1981 and the two goalscorers Garth Crooks and Ricki Villa show the trophy to the fans from the Town Hall balcony. Right - moving on ten years and 1991 and the on field celebrations. Left - Popping back to 1981 and the open topped bus makes its way down the High Road. Below its matchday action. Left - Its away to West Ham and Spurs on the attack in the 1939 competition. That's the first game which went to a second replay below we went out. Right - Behind our goal and the semi final in 1961 as Burnley press. Ron Henry and Bill Brown defending for Spurs. Maurice Norman on the floor having got his tackle in. Above left - Ossie Ardiles leaves Chelsea's Clive Walker on the floor in the 6th round game (3-2) in 1982 on our way to Wembley. Right - Alan Mullery scores from the spot V Wednesday in 1971 as we win 4-1 in the 3rd rd. Left - 1936 and the team gather for the train journey to Sheffield United for the 6th rd tie Above left - 1966 sees Cliff Jones challenging the keeper in the game V Burnley in our 4-3 win. right - John Pratt and Alan Gilzean defend V Leeds 1972 as we go out in the quarter final.. left - Its the summer of 1961 the team gather for the photo shoot with their trophies from the previous season. Above left - 1981 again and Gary Brooke and Glen Hoddle in the final - just after we scored. Right - Just sixty years earlier and Spurs in the final at Stamford Bridge. Left - Martin Peters in action V Forest as the ball goes just pass the post in 1971. We win the 5th rd game 2-1. 1981 - Ricki Villa is taken off in the Final in the first game. Rather than sit on the bench he is so upset he takes the long walk to the dressing room. Burkenshaw (sitting in dark jacket) picks Ricki for the replay and he scores twice including the goal of the century scored at Wembley. Back to 1962 and its preseason - Danny Blanchflower in a great image with a net full of balls and the Trophy. Despite changes to the game in recent years there is still the magic of the Cup.
